As a ship, ROMANTIKA certainly offers a sense of nostalgia while also creating additional travel opportunities for both cruise passengers and freight customers,” said Piret Mürk-Dubout, Member of the Management Board of Tallink.

At weekends, ROMANTIKA will operate on an opposite schedule to the passenger vessel BALTIC QUEEN. On weekdays during July and August, ROMANTIKA will host at least two summer entertainment cruises featuring performances by Terminaator, SADU, and other artists.

“In today’s uncertain world, people are increasingly looking for opportunities to take a break close to home and without long-term planning. ROMANTIKA’s summer sailings offer a chance to escape to sea even in the middle of the working week – to enjoy good food, music, and sunsets, and return the next morning refreshed with new energy for everyday life or even straight back to work. We believe both regular sailings and special cruises will be warmly received by customers, and we look forward to welcoming everyone on board,” added Mürk-Dubout.

All standard onboard services will be available to passengers, including restaurants, shops, entertainment facilities, and children’s areas. ROMANTIKA will return to the Tallinn–Stockholm route from 2 July. Weekend departures to Stockholm are scheduled until 8 August. Two midweek summer evening special cruises, departing from and returning to Tallinn, will take place on 21 July and 4 August.

The passenger vessel ROMANTIKA was completed in spring 2002 and has previously operated charter services as well as on the Helsinki, Stockholm, and Riga routes. Romantika was the first vessel ordered by Tallink and the first newbuild passenger ship constructed for an Estonian shipping company. Her sister ship VICTORIA I currently operates on the Tallinn–Helsinki route.

© Shippax

“Summer is the peak season for tourism, and adding an extra vessel to the route helps us meet…

[89
1357,167,1358,1356,1359,166
post-102480","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-tallinn","tag-cruise","tag-estonia","tag-ferry","tag-ro-ro","tag-statistical-data","tag-tallinn
["GET
