Germany: PRIMESTAR Group<\/a> has signed a project under its June SIX & Stay brands in Berlin, marking the largest development in the June portfolio to date.<\/p>\n Located in Berlin\u2019s Friedrichshain district near Warschauer Platz station, the project will transform a historic building that was originally constructed in 1909 as the Higher Weaving School.\u00a0<\/p>\n Scheduled to open in 2028, June SIX & Stay Warschauer Platz Berlin will feature more than 350 hotel rooms and extended stay suites, food and beverage spaces, a fitness centre, sauna, and landscaped inner courtyard.<\/p>\n PRIMESTAR said the property will become the flagship location for the June brand, which currently operates sites in Berlin, Hannover, Salzburg and Lake Garda.<\/p>\n Roland Rausch, chairman and owner of PRIMESTAR Group<\/a>, said: \u201cJune SIX & Stay Warschauer Platz is a defining project for our brand.
