29 June will see airBaltic\u2019s final flight on the route from Warsaw-Chopin to Riga. This is yet another route cancelled by the Baltic carrier, following the recent removal of the Krak\u00f3w to Vilnius route.<\/p>\n
Changes to the flight schedule can be found on the carrier\u2019s website. It shows that on 29 June this year, airBaltic will operate its final flight from Warsaw Chopin Airport to Riga. Most likely, the route was not profitable and lost out to LOT Polish Airlines, which also operates flights to the Latvian capital, and with a higher frequency of flights per week. The cancellation of the Warsaw-Riga route should come as no surprise, as just a few weeks ago airBaltic cancelled its route from Krak\u00f3w to Vilnius.
