Two electric bus contracts awarded by Sydtrafik<\/p>\n
The first contract, referred to as Sydtrafik-21, will begin in June 2026. It has an initial duration of ten years, with an option for two additional years. The contract covers the operation of 15 electric buses and approximately 33,300 annual commercial service hours. Estimated contract revenue amounts to \u20ac59 million.<\/p>\n
The second agreement, Sydtrafik-22, is scheduled to enter service in June 2027. The contract also includes 15 battery-electric buses and has a ten-year base period, complemented by two extension options of two years each. Operations under this contract are expected to total approximately 48,800 annual commercial hours, with estimated revenue of \u20ac87 million.<\/p>\n
Together, the two contracts represent around 82,100 annual commercial hours operated with electric buses across the South Jutland network.<\/p>\n
