In case you missed it, yesterday was the International Day of Play<\/a>, a global day of all things play, driven by the United Nations to champion, protect, and preserve children\u2019s fundamental right to play. <\/p>\n

LEGO also celebrated its World Play Day<\/a>, with 2026\u2019s theme being Never Stop Playing, which featured Jason Momoa fronting the campaign to encourage kids, adults and everyone in between to make space for a little more play in their lives.<\/p>\n

On World Play Day, LEGO employees globally are also treated to a \u201cday off\u201d where no work is done, and instead play all day. LEGO employees have been sharing their experiences online of how they\u2019ve celebrated Play Day. Check out this video from The LEGO Group CEO Niels B Christiansen<\/a> on LinkedIn.<\/p>\n

Another little bonus that LEGO Group employees get is a special Play Day set, and 2026\u2019s edition is a Play Box, featuring the iconic Wooden Duck, and a very cool play feature! For your convenience, here\u2019s a Pick a Brick online link<\/a> with most of the elements in the parts list, so just add them to your cart and order the right quantities as per the instructions, or you can always use your own parts to build this. <\/p>\n

Do note that the following elements listed below aren\u2019t available on Pick a Brick at this moment, and there\u2019s one new element that is used in the set, however, you\u2019re free to colour swap the elements, as it doesn\u2019t affect the functionality.
