(WNYT) \u2014 The owner of two local daycares was arrested on felony forgery charges.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Montgomery County Sheriff\u2019s Office said Kristian L. DiCaterino, 54, of Amsterdam, altered a childcare assistance program application.
