Andersen says he was arrested for posting his two favorite numbers, the social security number of Denmark’s Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen, along with her phone number.

Andersen, a self-described anarcho-capitalist who opposes efforts to ban encryption in Denmark, says that in publishing the numbers, he didn’t explicitly say they were the Prime Minister’s phone and civil registration numbers (basically a social security number). Masked men, who identified themselves verbally as police but were dressed in civilian clothes, can be seen busting down the door as Andersen stands there naked with his hands raised.

The viral footage was captured by Google Nest cameras, and Andersen says the power was cut shortly after they burst through the door, so he doesn’t have more footage of what happened later.

The few seconds of video that was recorded before the power was cut: pic.twitter.com/SdaOEeQKPu

— Lars Andersen (@LarsAnders1620) June 20, 2026

Andersen said in a video posted to X that the Prime Minister of Denmark is a “very secret person” who “wants to ban encryption” and hopes to “escalate mass surveillance in Denmark.” He explains that it wasn’t very long ago when a Danish Prime Minister’s address and phone number were public information, but that’s now changed in the 21st century.

Andersen clearly sees publication of Frederiksen‘s information as a form of protest that he hopes will gain publicity for his cause.

“I’m just asking the question, why is that why can’t we the people have privacy when the politicians apparently have all the privacy in the world, secret phone numbers, secret addresses, 24-hour armed protection, and so on?” said Andersen.

The police broke down my door and arrested me because of https://t.co/gK0tHfGBB9 posts.
