Shawn Solek of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.berlinct.gov\/police\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Berlin Police Department<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Police immediately summoned help from a K-9 officer, Connecticut State Police and the Newington Police Department.<\/p>\n<p>Following a \u201clengthy\u201d foot pursuit, Jenkins was found hiding in a shelving unit inside Harbor Freight Tools at 179 Webster Square Road, Solek said.
