<\/p>\nToday, Wizards officially announced the Amsterdam 2026 Festival in a Box. Like past offerings in this series, players will receive a booster box of Mystery Booster 2, an exclusive drop, and some fun bonus cards. Amsterdam\u2019s lineup is one of the strongest we\u2019ve seen yet, offering highly playable cards and expensive staples alike.<\/p>\n
The Wild In Bloom Secret Lair Drop<\/p>\n

For Amsterdam 2026, the exclusive Secret Lair drop is Wild in Bloom, a drop fully built around Mono-Green land synergies.<\/p>\n
The clear headliner of this drop is Nissa, Resurgent Animist<\/a>, a $27 multi-format staple. It sees a ton of Commander play, even in cEDH, as well as regular use in Modern. As if this wasn\u2019t enough to make it expensive, this Nissa has only been printed in March of the Machine: The Aftermath, so supply is rather low.<\/p>\n After Nissa, Ramunap Excavator<\/a> and Six<\/a> provide two additional value hits, at $6 and $4.50, respectively. Excavator is another strong Commander staple, with a bit of Legacy Lands play to it as well. Despite being cheaper, Six is actually a far better card, seeing a ton of use in Modern, Commander, and cEDH.<\/p>\n The last two cards in Wild in Bloom, Tireless Provisioner<\/a> and Titania, Protector of Argoth<\/a>, are unfortunately duds value-wise. At $2 and $0.30, respectively, they won\u2019t be making any kind of dent in the $199.99 asking price here. That said, they are both very playable cards, serving as combo enablers in land-based Commander decks.<\/p>\n Fancy Festival Extras<\/p>\n Festival in a Box\u2019s proud tradition of including spicy extra cards continues for Amsterdam 2026, with Atraxa, Praetors\u2019 Voice<\/a> leading the pack at $33. Atraxa is a genuine Commander super-staple, being the fourth most played Commander of all time by EDHREC numbers<\/a>. As for this new printing, it uses the same borderless style as the two 2024 Outlaw Anthology drops, which could be a serious selling point.<\/p>\n Much like Wild in Bloom, the value quickly falls off here, but the playability doesn\u2019t. Both Llanowar Elves<\/a> and Utopia Sprawl<\/a> are multi-format ramp classics, seeing regular play pretty much everywhere they\u2019re legal, from Commander to Legacy. Despite this, Sprawl is just $1.80 while Elves is only $0.20. These flashy new treatments could add some serious value, mind you, especially the textless take on Utopia Sprawl.<\/p>\n Overall, even assuming low-end prices, you\u2019re getting $75 worth of cardboard with this batch of promos. Factor in the Mystery Booster 2 box, which currently sells for nearly $300, and the total value is almost double the $199.99 asking price.
