The company said it does not expect services to return to normal before July 3 and has advised passengers to travel to and from the Netherlands only if their journeys are essential until operations are restored.

Passengers holding tickets for travel between Amsterdam or Rotterdam and London are eligible for refunds, Eurostar said, adding that customers who choose not to travel can also request reimbursement. Meanwhile, services operating between the Netherlands, Brussels and Paris are being rerouted via Utrecht, resulting in delays of up to one hour.

The disruption marks the second major incident affecting Eurostar services within a week. Last week, a Eurostar train carrying around 400 passengers broke down during high temperatures near Leuven, Belgium, with three people requiring hospital treatment after being trapped aboard the train in the heat.

News.Az

       By Nijat Babayev

Eurostar has cancelled its train services between Amsterdam and London for the next several days, while services to…

[101
199,31814,114,200,9739,59237,294
post-119349","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-amsterdam","tag-amsterdam","tag-eurostar","tag-london","tag-netherlands","tag-rotterdam","tag-train-services","tag-united-kingdom
["GET
