{"id":121574,"date":"2026-07-03T12:02:11","date_gmt":"2026-07-03T12:02:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/dk\/121574\/"},"modified":"2026-07-03T12:02:11","modified_gmt":"2026-07-03T12:02:11","slug":"scaffchamp-confirmed-to-return-to-vilnius-in-2027","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/dk\/121574\/","title":{"rendered":"ScaffChamp confirmed to return to Vilnius in 2027"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ScaffChamp will return to Vilnius in 2027 after Layher confirmed the global scaffolding competition will again be held in Lithuania next year.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The event will take place at Layher Baltic\u2019s headquarters in Vilnius, continuing a run of competitions that has brought teams from across Europe and further afield to the city.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The decision settles questions over the <a href=\"https:\/\/scaffmag.com\/events\/scaffchamp-future-under-review-after-successful-vilnius-event\/\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/scaffmag.com\/events\/scaffchamp-future-under-review-after-successful-vilnius-event\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">future of ScaffChamp<\/a> after changes within the event\u2019s previous organising team.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"1024\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml,%3Csvg%20xmlns=\" http:=\"\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-83928\" style=\"width:186px;height:auto\" data-lazy- data-lazy- data-lazy-src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/dk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/1761833420818-1024x1024.jpeg\"\/><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/dk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/1761833420818-1024x1024.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-83928\" style=\"width:186px;height:auto\"  \/>Layher Baltic general manager Andrius Mikenas<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Layher Baltic general manager Andrius Mikenas told Scaffmag that approval had now been given by Layher\u2019s headquarters in Germany for the competition to continue in Vilnius.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cScaffChamp has become a symbol of professional excellence in our industry,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWe are proud to host the championship again in Vilnius and continue strengthening the scaffolding community across Europe and beyond.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mik?nas said Layher Baltic is now putting together a project team for the 2027 event, with support expected from Layher\u2019s wider group.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He said the competition would continue in its familiar format, while organisers are also looking at ways to develop the event further.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ScaffChamp has become one of the largest international competitions in the scaffolding calendar.
