Disarm Bristol says a group of almost 40\u00a0protesters this morning blockaded the gates of DSV Road, a logistics and transport company contracted by Israeli weapons giant Elbit Systems.<\/p>\n
Protesters held banners saying \u201cDSV Drop Elbit\u201d\u00a0and \u201cDisarm Bristol Now\u201d, and prevented truck deliveries to the site for 3\u00a0hours.<\/p>\n
According to the group, \u201cafter initial confusion and confrontation, workers at the site were very supportive\u201d of the action once it was explained to them.<\/p>\n
Today\u2019s blockade follows a string of actions<\/a> against DSV in multiple countries.
