File photo .\u00a9 Ken Braddick\/DRESSAGE-NEWS.com<\/p>\n<p>FALSTERBO, Sweden, July 11, 2026\u2013Cathrine Laudrup-Dufour on Mount St. John Freestyle led Denmark to an easy victory Saturday in the year\u2019s final Nations Cup while Germany took bronze to claim the trans-Atlantic series for the fourth straight year. The home team of Sweden earned silver.<\/p>\n<p>Results of the team event just a month ahead of the World Championships in Aachen, Germany: 1. Denmark 229.653 points, 2. Sweden 212.609; 3. Germany 211.000, 4. Netherlands 207.457.<\/p>\n<p>This was the sole event in the Nations Cup series of five events in which Denmark participated.<\/p>\n<p>Cathrine on Freestyle, 17-year-old mare, was awarded 83.718% while team mate Daniel Bachmann Andersen on Flash Gordon was second individually on 74.000%.<\/p>\n<p>Sweden\u2019s Patrik Kittel on Touchdown placed third on 73.174% with Therese Nilshagen on Navarro in 4th on 72.065% to lead Sweden to silver.<\/p>\n<p>The series began at the Global Dressage Festival in Wellington, Florida in March with a United States win the the first time in four years with Germany claiming silver.<\/p>\n<p>A month later, Germany won in Fontainebleau, France, while Belgium led by world No. 1 Justin Verboomen on Zonik Plus took Lier, Belgium in May.
