{"id":128926,"date":"2026-07-14T03:16:18","date_gmt":"2026-07-14T03:16:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/dk\/128926\/"},"modified":"2026-07-14T03:16:18","modified_gmt":"2026-07-14T03:16:18","slug":"kiss-the-frog-interactives-for-new-holocaust-exhibition","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/dk\/128926\/","title":{"rendered":"Kiss the Frog | interactives for new Holocaust exhibition"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Kiss the Frog, a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kissthefrog.nl\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow noopener nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">pioneering digital design agency<\/a>, has secured a significant international contract as part of a consortium to create a new permanent exhibition at The Norwegian Center for Holocaust and Minority Studies (HL-senteret) in Oslo.<\/p>\n<p>Out of 23 international applicants, HL-senteret selected the Danish exhibition designers Torden &amp; Lynild, the Dutch museum fabrication specialists Heijmerink Wagemakers, the Norwegian digital agency Netron, and the Dutch interactive media studio Kiss the Frog.<\/p>\n<p>Kiss the Frog will create and produce all interactive media, shaping digital experiences that help visitors explore and engage with intricate historical themes.<\/p>\n<p>Experiences that create space for reflection<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA new holocaust exhibition is a major and important initiative for the HL-senteret,\u201d says Jan Heiret, director of the HL-senteret. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe have chosen a supplier team that we believe will be a strong collaboration partner, both in terms of professional expertise, project delivery, and the ability to develop an innovative and relevant exhibition.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Alexander Zwennes, director of Kiss the Frog, adds: \u201cWe are incredibly proud to be part of this winning team. For us, interactive media is a powerful tool for storytelling. <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Our goal is to create intuitive digital experiences that don&#8217;t just inform, but create space for personal reflection.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The exhibition, scheduled to open at the end of 2028, seeks to educate visitors about the Holocaust, antisemitism, and genocide, with a special focus on Norwegian history. It aims to blend historical insights with reflections on how these events are relevant to us today.<\/p>\n<p>The procurement was carried out using a competitive dialogue process, which included several consultation meetings between HL-senteret and the pre-qualified teams.
