{"id":130143,"date":"2026-07-15T19:46:11","date_gmt":"2026-07-15T19:46:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/dk\/130143\/"},"modified":"2026-07-15T19:46:11","modified_gmt":"2026-07-15T19:46:11","slug":"maersk-to-open-100-million-fulfillment-hub-in-massachusetts","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/dk\/130143\/","title":{"rendered":"Maersk to open $100 million fulfillment hub in Massachusetts"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The Danish shipping and logistics giant <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.maersk.com\/news\/articles\/2026\/07\/15\/maersk-boston-fulfillment-hub-investment-northeast-delivery-capacity\" target=\"_blank\">Maersk will open a $100 million fulfillment hub in Massachusetts in August,<\/a> saying the 617,000-square-foot facility will support \u201ca major e-commerce customer\u201d and enhance Maersk&#8217;s ability to deliver faster, more reliable fulfillment services to consumers across the region.<\/p>\n<p>Located in Hopedale, Massachusetts\u2014a rural area between Worcester and Providence\u2014the facility will begin operations in late August, serving as \u201ca major addition\u201d to Maersk&#8217;s North American Contract Logistics network, and supporting high-volume fulfillment operations.<\/p>\n<p>The Hopedale facility will serve a single large-scale e-commerce customer and is expected to process up to 330,000 units per day at peak capacity.
