But shortly after take-off, the flight had to be diverted to Newcastle.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh\" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">The urgent diversion was made due to a passenger &#8216;needing urgent medical attention&#8217;, easyJet said.
