His father, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sowetan.co.za\/sport\/2026-06-25-listen-how-bafana-hero-thapelo-masekos-family-reacted-to-that-goal\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.sowetan.co.za\/sport\/2026-06-25-listen-how-bafana-hero-thapelo-masekos-family-reacted-to-that-goal\/\">Motsamai <\/a>Maseko, told <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sowetan.co.za\/sport\/soccer\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.sowetan.co.za\/sport\/soccer\/\">Sowetan<\/a> his son is relieved following weeks of stress, during which he was allegedly isolated at Sundowns.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">We are all happy; he is very happy. I was with him, and he is satisfied<\/p>\n<p>\u2014 \u00a0Motsamai Maseko, Thapelo&#8217;s father<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">\u201cEverything is fine; he is relieved now. I spoke to the chairman [Tlhopie Motsepe], and he was happy, and he said, \u2018Let the boy go and explore his talent because it was his wish before coming to Sundowns to play in Europe.\u2019<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">\u201cWe are all happy; he is very happy.
