\n\u00d8rsted has released its financial results for the first half of 2026, providing
\nan update on the company’s financial performance and strategic progress.

\nRasmus Errboe, group president and CEO of \u00d8rsted, said: \u201cI\u2019m pleased
\nwith our strategic progress in the first half of the year. Our renewable
\nassets have produced more renewable energy in the first half of 2026 than
\never before,\u201d adding that the company is creating new opportunities within
\noffshore wind while remaining on track to deliver its financial guidance
\nfor the year.

\n\u201cThe recent volatility in global energy markets reinforces the need for
\nEurope to accelerate electrification and the build-out of renewable energy,\u201d
\nErrboe said.

\n\u00d8rsted reported first half earnings of DKK 11.9 billion, excluding new
\npartnerships and cancellation fees, compared with DKK 10.3 billion during
\nthe same period last year. The company attributed the increase to higher
\nwind speeds and stronger power prices.

\nNet profit for the first half of the year declined to DKK 3.3 billion from
\nDKK 8.2 billion in the corresponding period of 2025.
