Under the new partnership, <a href=\"https:\/\/wwd.com\/business-news\/government-trade\/france-suspends-parcel-tax-eu-3-euro-customs-fee-1239047928\/\" id=\"related_article_link_temu\" data-tag=\"temu\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Temu<\/a> will take part in DSG\u2019s programs and events, working directly with DSG\u2019s team and the broader network of founders and companies it supports.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tIn a statement, a Temu spokesperson said the company looks forward \u201cto contributing to <a href=\"https:\/\/wwd.com\/footwear-news\/shoe-trends\/so-lars-lala-shoe-accessory-lars-byrresen-petersen-1238982065\/\" id=\"related_article_link_denmark\" data-tag=\"denmark\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Denmark<\/a>\u2019s startup scene.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tDSG, which was founded in 2007, gives the Chinese platform access to Denmark\u2019s startup ecosystem  valued at nearly $64 billion. The country ranked 17th worldwide in the Global Startup Ecosystem Index 2026 by StartupBlink.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tThe partnership comes as <a href=\"https:\/\/wwd.com\/sourcing-journal\/industry-news\/temu-whaleco-uyghur-forced-labor-prevention-act-uflpa-china-ccp-montana-florida-1238838729\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Temu<\/a> grows its presence in the Danish market. The online retailer launched in the country in 2023 and opened its site to Danish sellers a year later. It has quickly become one of the most downloaded shopping apps in Denmark, according to local news reports.<\/p>\n<p>Nordic consumers are drawn to Temu because of its competitive prices. A 2025 survey from Kantar Media, which polled over 4,000 shoppers across Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland, found that 86 percent of respondents said they either shop on the site or are familiar with the platform.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tDespite its popularity with price-conscious consumers, Temu, along with other Chinese <a href=\"https:\/\/wwd.com\/tag\/e-commerce\/\" id=\"auto-tag_e-commerce\" data-tag=\"e-commerce\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">e-commerce<\/a> platforms, is unpopular among EU regulators.
