first:mt-0\">The Straits Times reported that the palace said Harald has been treated with cortisone and that \u201cThis treatment has led to fluid retention in the body, which requires hospital mt-5 first:mt-0\">The same report said Harald has always ruled out abdicating by referencing his lifelong oath to the Norwegian Parliament, quoting him: \u201cI have taken an oath to the Storting, and
