Thus, natural gas has become 34% more expensive.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, prices have increased not only for gas but also for other types of fuel, including wood chips and wood pellets, the company notes.<\/p>\n<p>Taking into account the new cost of natural gas, as well as unforeseen expenses for 2025, starting from October 1, the tariff for thermal energy in the M\u0101rup region is planned to be set at 117.82 euros per megawatt-hour instead of the current 95.60 euros per megawatt-hour.<\/p>\n<p>Thus, the cost of thermal energy for consumers will increase by 22.22 euros per megawatt-hour.<\/p>\n<p>According to Firmas.lv, the company M\u0101rupes komun\u0101lie pakalpojumi was registered in 1993 and is fully owned by the M\u0101rup municipality.
