A <a href=\"https:\/\/www.abo.fi\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/helsingforsavtalet_finalrh.pdf\" class=\"yja-external-link\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">legal study<\/a> on the matter was conducted by a working group led by Professor Elina Pirjatanniemi from \u00c5bo Akademi University.
