The collaboration includes a feasibility study into air services between Helsinki and Tallinn using Electra&#8217;s EL9 Ultra Short aircraft.<\/p>\n<p>Scheduled for completion by the end of 2026, the study will assess passenger demand, potential access-point locations closer to city centres, infrastructure requirements, operating economics, regulatory considerations, and possible public-private partnership models.
