Here are four exhibitions worth your time this September:<\/p>\n<p>Hallen 07 at Wilhelm Hallen (5\u201313 September 2026)<\/p>\n<p>If you\u2019d like to experience the scale of Berlin\u2019s contemporary art scene in one place, head to the vast former industrial complex of <a href=\"https:\/\/wilhelm-hallen.de\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Wilhelm Hallen<\/a>. Returning during Berlin Art Week, group exhibition Hallen 07 brings galleries and private collections together across the historic site, with contemporary works showcased in its cavernous halls and interconnected spaces.<\/p>\n<p>Maurizio Cattelan: NIGHT at Neue Nationalgalerie (10 September 2026 \u2013 7 March 2027)<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">As part of Berlin Art Week, Maurizio Cattelan is welcomed to the Neue Nationalgalerie for his first major solo exhibition in Germany, following his selection for the 2026 Preis der Nationalgalerie. NIGHT brings together earlier works and new commissions within Mies van der Rohe\u2019s glass-walled building, offering a particular focus on a site-specific work conceived for the Neue Nationalgalerie.<\/p>\n<p>Ryuichi Sakamoto: seeing sound, hearing time at Hamburger Bahnhof (11 September 2026 \u2013 20 June 2027)<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Recognised widely as a pioneering composer, Ryuichi Sakamoto spent decades exploring the possibilities of sound as a visual and spatial experience. The composer\u2019s first major retrospective in Europe focuses on this side of his practice, filling Hamburger Bahnhof with immersive sound environments and installations, including collaborations with artists and filmmakers such as Shiro Takatani and Apichatpong Weerasethakul.<\/p>\n<p>Arash Nassiri: A Bug\u2019s Life at Fluentum (10 September \u2013 12 December 2026)<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Marking his first institutional solo exhibition in Germany, Berlin-based artist Arash Nassiri presents A Bug\u2019s Life at Fluentum.
