\u201cHi everyone < 3. For clarity, neither me nor my team were aware of any of the alleged affiliations around the party in Berlin. I would like to take this opportunity to say I stand against the atrocities committed by the Russian government in Ukraine and I stand in solidarity with the people of Ukraine.\u201d<\/p>\n

The controversy arose when fans and social media users asked why the singer attended the party, suggesting that the party needed to be vetted first.<\/p>\n

Another user responded to the singer\u2019s explanation, saying, \u201cwdym \u2018neither me nor my team were aware\u2019? It\u2019s literally your team\u2019s job to do a background check before agreeing to events\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n
