The Hollywood actress, 40, dressed to impress in the eye catching nude dress, which boasted a mesh long skirt and dazzling detailing down the front.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Styling her blonde tresses in curls, Amanda accessorised with a simple silver necklace and elevated her frame in heels.\u00a0<\/p>\n

She was joined on the red carpet by co-star\u00a0Viola Prettejohn who showed off her amazing figure in a black bralette and matching skirt.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The Crown<\/a> star put on a leggy display through a daring thigh high split and added inches to her frame in a pair of platform black heels.\u00a0<\/p>\n

It comes after Amanda\u00a0insisted that winning an Oscar ‘isn’t important’ as she declared ‘do you know who won in the last 10 years?’ after being ‘robbed’ of the Golden Globe.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The Mamma Mia star received a best supporting actress nomination at the Academy Awards<\/a> in 2021 for her role in Mank.<\/p>\n

She also scored nods at the\u00a0Golden Globes<\/a> and Critics Choice Awards<\/a>\u00a0this year for\u00a0The Testament of Ann Lee – hinting at a possible Oscar nomination for the role.\u00a0<\/p>\n

But Amanda has now insisted she doesn’t need the accolade to sustain a successful career.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Speaking to\u00a0The New Yorker<\/a>, Amanda said it’s actually the Oscar nomination that ‘thrusts you forward’ as she asked: ‘Do you remember who won in the past ten years?’\u00a0<\/p>\n

She added: ‘Now, do I need one in a week or two or whenever? No, of course, I don’t. Would it be great? Of course it would, for every reason – but it isn’t necessary.’<\/p>\n

Amanda recently raised eyebrows with her behaviour at the Golden Globes<\/a>\u00a0earlier this year when she lost out on two Best Actress gongs – looking bored as the awards were announced<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The star then appeared visibly disappointed when she lost the award for Best Performance by an Actress in a Motion Picture to If I Had Legs I’d Kick You star Rose Byrne<\/a>.<\/p>\n

In a viral clip from the evening, the Emmy-winning star was caught grimacing briefly before forcing a smile and clapping.<\/p>\n

Amanda’s fans have since claimed she behaved in such a manner because she ‘knew she wasn’t about to win’, adding that the actress was ‘robbed’ of the accolades.\u00a0<\/p>\n

In recent months, the outspoken actress has divided the public after voicing her political views – with many Americans vowing to ‘boycott’ her work.\u00a0<\/p>\n

There have been calls to ‘cancel’ Amanda, who ironically just starred in The\u00a0 Housemaid with Sydney Sweeney<\/a>,\u00a0who has also caused ire with her political beliefs.<\/p>\n

Amanda sparked backlash last year when she described Charlie Kirk as ‘hateful’, days after the\u00a0MAGA influencer was shot and killed on September 10 at the age of 31, during one of his famous on-campus debates at\u00a0Utah<\/a>\u00a0Valley University.<\/p>\n

As well as commenting that he was ‘hateful’ under a social media post about his death, the actress went on to reshare a meme that alluded Charlie’s death had been expected.<\/p>\n

The meme read:\u00a0‘You can’t invite violence to the dinner table and be shocked when it starts eating.’<\/p>\n

‘We\u2019re forgetting the nuance of humanity,’ she later wrote in a text post on her Instagram.\u00a0<\/p>\n

‘I can get angry about misogyny and racist rhetoric and ALSO very much agree that Charlie Kirk\u2019s murder was absolutely disturbing and deplorable in every way imaginable. No one should have to experience this level of violence.’<\/p>\n

She continued: ‘This country is grieving too many senseless and violent deaths and shootings. Can we agree on that at least?’<\/p>\n

In her caption, she added: ‘I don\u2019t want to add fuel to a fire. I just want to be able to give clarity to something so irresponsibly (but understandably) taken out of context.\u00a0<\/p>\n

‘Spirited discourse- isn’t that what we should be having?’<\/p>\n

Despite the backlash from Charlie’s fans,<\/a>\u00a0Amanda refused to apologise for the comment when questioned about it two months later.\u00a0<\/p>\n

She told Who What Wear<\/a>: ‘I’m not f**king apologising for that. I mean, for f**k’s sake, I commented on one thing. I said something that was based on actual reality and actual footage and actual quotes.\u00a0<\/p>\n

‘What I said was pretty damn factual, and I’m free to have an opinion, of course.’<\/p>\n

Amanda added that the statement she posted after the blowback allowed her to get her ‘voice back’.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

‘Thank God for Instagram,’ she mused. ‘I was able to give some clarity, and it was about getting my voice back because I felt like it had been stolen and recontextualised – which is what people do, of course.’\u00a0<\/p>\n
