The journalist corrected her, noting that Greenland is not part of the EU.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Baerbock agreed but added that Greenlanders are EU citizens and \u201cit also has an EU external border, which is why soldiers were sent there.\u201d<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The article clarifies that this statement was inaccurate.
