Believing in slow fashion, the Danish designer, who last season returned to the runway after a long absence, carried over a large swath of spring\u2019s offering for fall. \u201cI think for me it\u2019s about developing shapes that go through the whole year, that go through the change of seasons that you can layer and wear. So a lot of it is sort of a base collection that is then added to each season,\u201d she said on a walk-through. Restyled and combined with new pieces, they\u00a0don\u2019t\u00a0read as repeats. In truth, we need more of this kind of thinking in fashion. There is hardly time to register, much less absorb, so much of what we see.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Dalsj\u00f8 continued to work with double-face wool, using it to create two-in-one coats. Feathers bobbed from pieces that were otherwise streamlined.
