An Iranian drone struck a parking lot near the U.S. embassy in Dubai last week, while drone fire hit the U.S. embassy in Riyadh.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019ve been very fortunate, obviously, but our embassies and our diplomatic facilities are under direct attack from a terroristic regime,\u201d U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio said at the time of the Dubai attack.<\/p>\n<p>Separately, at least 10 people were killed and many more injured when <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/world\/asia-pacific\/us-marines-fired-protesters-storming-consulate-karachi-officials-say-2026-03-03\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">U.S. marines opened fire<\/a> on protesters who attempted to storm the U.S. consulate in Karachi, Pakistan on March 1, shortly after the U.S. and Israel began striking Iran and assassinated Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.<\/p>\n<p>While police in Oslo have identified no suspects and no motive in the explosion at the embassy there, Prime Minister Jonas\u00a0Gahr\u00a0St\u00f8re\u00a0described it as a \u201cvery serious and completely unacceptable\u201d event.<\/p>\n<p>Sen.
