WARSAW, Ind. (WNDU) – A Warsaw man is in critical condition after police said he was hit by a vehicle late Saturday night.<\/p>\n
According to police, the incident happened around 10 p.m. on Fort Wayne Street east of Detroit Street.<\/p>\n
Police said a 58-year-old man was walking north across Fort Wayne Street when he was hit by a 63-year-old Warsaw man who was turning east onto Fort Wayne Street from Detroit Street.<\/p>\n
The pedestrian was left unconscious and was taken to the hospital, where he remains in critical condition.<\/p>\n
The Kosciusko County Sheriff\u2019s Office Fatal Team is handling the investigation due to the severity of the incident.<\/p>\n
