The contract, awarded through its German subsidiary Hochtief, involves the design and construction of a 26-kilometer segment of the East Link railway line, located near Stockholm. The project will be developed in collaboration with the Swedish public transport authority Trafikverket under a public-private cooperation agreement. According to the planned schedule, work is expected to be completed in 2034, reflecting the technical complexity of the infrastructure.<\/p>\n<p>The section awarded to ACS is part of the East Link project, a new rail link of approximately 160 kilometers intended to connect the cities of Jarna and Link\u00f6ping and strengthen the rail network in southern Sweden.
