Norwegian police have arrested three suspects following an explosion at the US embassy in Oslo.<\/p>\n
Lead investigator Christian Hatlo said on Wednesday that the men are suspected of having committed a terrorist offence.<\/p>\n
On Sunday night, an explosion occurred at one of the entrances to the US embassy in the Norwegian capital. No one was injured.<\/p>\n
The three suspects are brothers aged between 20 and 29, said Hatlo according to the Norwegian broadcaster NRK.<\/p>\n
They are Norwegian citizens with an Iraqi migration background and were not previously known to the <\/p>\n
police.<\/p>\n
Hatlo did not rule out the possibility of further arrests.<\/p>\n
He told NRK the police were now investigating whether the attack had been ordered by a state actor.<\/p>\n
