Special attention was paid to the symbolic significance of holding a referendum on the adoption of Kazakhstan\u2019s new Constitution during the \u201cNauryz\u201d period. According to him, the people of Kazakhstan have made their choice in favor of renewing the country\u2019s political model in line with the spirit of the times.<\/p>\n<p>The concert program of the event, presented by artists from the \u201cKorkyt\u201d ethno-ensemble of the E.
