{"id":50502,"date":"2026-03-28T06:56:09","date_gmt":"2026-03-28T06:56:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/dk\/50502\/"},"modified":"2026-03-28T06:56:09","modified_gmt":"2026-03-28T06:56:09","slug":"entra-notice-of-annual-general-meeting-and-the-nomination-committees-recommendations","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/dk\/50502\/","title":{"rendered":"ENTRA: Notice of Annual General Meeting and the Nomination Committee&#8217;s recommendations"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>27.3.2026 08:30:00 CET | Entra ASA | Inside information<\/p>\n<p>Please find enclosed the notice of the Annual General Meeting of Entra ASA (&#8220;<br \/>Entra&#8221; or the &#8220;Company&#8221;), which will be held on Tuesday, 21 April 2026 at 10:00<br \/>AM (CEST), and the Nomination Committee&#8217;s recommendations.<\/p>\n<p>Entra&#8217;s two largest shareholders, Castellum AB (publ) (&#8220;Castellum&#8221;) and<br \/>Fastighets AB Balder (publ) (&#8220;Balder&#8221;), which together hold approximately 76.93%<br \/>of the shares, have independently informed the Nomination Committee that they<br \/>wish to take a more active role through board representation. Each of Castellum<br \/>and Balder has therefore proposed to be represented by two board members and has<br \/>also proposed that Erik Selin be elected as chair of the board at the Annual<br \/>General Meeting.<\/p>\n<p>Erik Selin is proposed to succeed Ottar Ertzeid as chair of the board, who has<br \/>informed the Nomination Committee that he will not stand for re-election.<\/p>\n<p>This notice, along with the enclosures and other documents to be discussed at<br \/>the Annual General Meeting, is available on the company&#8217;s website: <br \/>www.entra.no\/investor-relations\/governance#generalmeeting &#8211;<br \/>http:\/\/www.entra.no\/investor-relations\/governance#generalmeeting.<\/p>\n<p>The Annual General Meeting will be held as a digital meeting only. Voting will<br \/>take place online during the meeting, and it is also possible to vote in advance<br \/>or grant a proxy.
