SLP has today taken ownership of the previously announced logistics property Benkammen 20, of approximately 25,000 square meters, in Malm\u00f6 after approval from the Swedish Inspectorate for Strategic Products (ISP).<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The property is the fourth and final property in the sale and leaseback deal with DSV, with a total property value of SEK 1.1 billion. The deal was announced on November 28, 2025, when SLP took ownership of the three properties in Helsingborg, V\u00e4ster\u00e5s and Bor\u00e5s. The ISP approval was the final condition for completing the acquisition.<\/p>\n

\u201cWith this acquisition, SLP has completed acquisitions with a total property value of SEK 4.1 billion in 2025, our highest total transaction volume for a single year. This is a strategically located logistics property that further strengthens our presence in the \u00d6resund region. The property is being acquired through a corporate transaction and is financed with own funds and secured bank financing.<\/p>\n
