The scope includes maintaining the building\u2019s technical infrastructure and ensuring the efficient operation of all systems and installations.<\/p>\n<p>Studio A is part of an office complex located in the business district of Wola, developed by Skanska Commercial Development Europe.<\/p>\n<p>Investor points to experience in complex assets<\/p>\n<p>Skanska Commercial Development Europe selected ISS, highlighting its experience in managing modern building infrastructure.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Studio A is a modern building with high technical requirements, designed with user comfort in mind. At Skanska, we ensure that our investments retain their value and high standards for many years, which is why it was important for us to partner with an experienced provider in managing such infrastructure. Day-to-day operations are handled by a dedicated team of specialists overseeing key systems and ensuring business continuity.<\/p>\n<p>The team uses tools supporting installation management and operational data analysis, enabling faster responses to technical issues and more efficient planning of service activities.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 In this project, our technical expertise and experience in servicing modern office buildings \u2013 including those in central Warsaw \u2013 were of key importance. Another important factor was our ability to present the client with a highly experienced technical team \u2013 says Piotr Stelmach, Head of Bid Management &amp; Commercial Excellence at ISS.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Beyond maintenance: broader role of facility management<\/p>\n<p>ISS began service delivery shortly after the cooperation decision, following a rapid mobilisation process.<\/p>\n<p>In modern office buildings, technical infrastructure management increasingly goes beyond routine maintenance. It also includes ensuring safe and efficient operations, as well as maintaining high performance standards for tenants and users.<\/p>\n<p>The growing complexity of building technologies is raising expectations towards facility management providers, particularly in large and technologically advanced assets.<\/p>\n<p>Studio A: specifications and location<\/p>\n<p>Studio A is a modern office building forming part of the Studio complex developed by Skanska Commercial Development Europe in Warsaw.
