Hemmingsen, Minna Aila, Jill Lauritzen Melby, Anders G\u00f6tzsche, Dirk Reich and Kristian V. M\u00f8rch were re-elected to the Board of Directors.<\/p>\n<p class=\"yf-1fy9kyt\">PricewaterhouseCoopers Statsautoriseret Revisionspartnerselskab was re-elected as the company\u2019s auditors.<\/p>\n<p class=\"yf-1fy9kyt\">The Board of Directors\u2019 proposal regarding remuneration of the Board of Directors for 2026 was approved as proposed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"yf-1fy9kyt\">A constituent board meeting was held following the Annual General Meeting where Claus V. Hemmingsen was elected Chair and Kristian V.
