{"id":52434,"date":"2026-03-31T12:08:11","date_gmt":"2026-03-31T12:08:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/dk\/52434\/"},"modified":"2026-03-31T12:08:11","modified_gmt":"2026-03-31T12:08:11","slug":"european-sleeper-launches-new-paris-berlin-night-train","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/dk\/52434\/","title":{"rendered":"European Sleeper Launches New Paris \u2013 Berlin Night Train"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>European Sleeper has officially launched its new Paris \u2013 Brussels \u2013 Berlin night train, with the first successful journey having departed the Gare du Nord in Paris on Thursday 26 March and arrived at Berlin Hauptbahnhof the following morning.<\/p>\n<p>The event drew guests from across the rail sector, public institutions, and the wider travel community.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-20702131\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/dk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/European-Sleeper-Paris-Berlin-85-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"People waiting by a train\" width=\"2560\" height=\"1707\"  \/><\/p>\n<p>The service embarked on its maiden voyage on Thursday 26 March<\/p>\n<p>\u00a9 European Sleeper<\/p>\n<p>Re-establishing a route that had almost disappeared from Europe\u2019s wider rail network, the service forms part of European Sleeper\u2019s growing network of night trains across Europe, including the existing Brussel-Amsterdam-Berlin-Prague route and the night train to Milan \u2013 which will begin running in September 2026.<\/p>\n<p>The Paris\u2013Berlin service will operate three times a week, bringing the total number of weekly departures to six in each direction between Brussels and Berlin.<\/p>\n<p>Chris Engelsman, co-founder of European Sleeper said:<\/p>\n<p class=\"article__quote-text\">Building a network doesn\u2019t happen overnight.
