{"id":53057,"date":"2026-04-01T06:07:06","date_gmt":"2026-04-01T06:07:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/dk\/53057\/"},"modified":"2026-04-01T06:07:06","modified_gmt":"2026-04-01T06:07:06","slug":"last-nordica-plane-departs-tallinn-as-estonian-airline-shuts-down-news","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/dk\/53057\/","title":{"rendered":"Last Nordica plane departs Tallinn as Estonian airline shuts down | News"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/news.err.ee\/1609966598\/last-nordica-plane-to-be-handed-over-after-estonian-airline-bankruptcy\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">final Nordica jet<\/a> took off from Tallinn Airport Tuesday, ending the airline&#8217;s operations after its bankruptcy and the sale of all leased planes.<\/p>\n<p>Transpordi Varahaldus, the Estonian state-owned company that owned Nordica&#8217;s planes, handed over the last of seven 88-seat Bombardier CRJ900NG jets to the buyer Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>The planes had been leased to Nordica&#8217;s subsidiary Regional Jet, which filed for bankruptcy along with the parent company in November 2024. The aircraft were sold to U.S.-based Regional One last June.<\/p>\n<p>Nordica launched in 2015, ahead of the bankruptcy of the flag carrier Estonian Air.
