(WNYT) \u2013 An Amsterdam man is accused of driving drunk with children in the vehicle and crashing on an animal shelter\u2019s property.<\/p>\n<p>The Schoharie County Sheriff\u2019s Office said that Erray Vanbuckly, 53, was traveling on Route 145 in the town of Broome when he crashed off the road.
