Other tenants of the building include Santander Bank Polska, Astellas, The French Institute, and Grant Thornton.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 In a mature office market, tenants look for projects with a remarkable identity \u2013 ones that support the way an organization operates, its culture, employer branding, and that also encourage employees to come to the office more willingly. In this context, Visa\u2019s choice of The Bridge is very natural: a global scale technology company has selected a project that stands out for its technological advancement, high environmental standards and the additional amenities offered to employees by European Square and its surroundings. We are delighted that Visa will conduct its operations in Poland in our building \u2013 says Jaros\u0142aw Zag\u00f3rski, Managing Director at Ghelamco Poland.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Environmental and technological standards<\/p>\n<p>The Bridge holds SmartScore and WiredScore certifications at the Platinum level and meets the Green Building Standard. In the coming months, the building is expected to receive top ratings for WELL, WELL Health and Safety, BREEAM, DGNB, and Building Without Barriers certifications.
