The route included major city arteries such as the Island Bridge, Krasta Street, and central thoroughfares, ending near Bolt\u2019s operations office on Mukusalas Street.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"941\" data-end=\"1148\">City authorities warned of substantial delays in central Riga and P\u0101rdaugava, urging motorists to plan alternative routes.
