\u2013 Many in the municipal sector earn less than employees with a similar level of education in the private sector. In order to have skilled professionals and ensure good recruitment, we need a significant pay increase, says Bj\u00f8rnstad.<\/p>\n

Significant real wage growth for our members

This year is the main settlement, when both salaries and other provisions in the collective agreement are negotiated.<\/p>\n
