The Denmark Vikings have begun the 2026 baseball season 6- 0 and host the Waupaca Comets this afternoon.<\/p>\n

The Vikings have gotten the job done with great pitching and timely hitting.<\/p>\n

In fact, they have five quality starters plus a sixth reliever who has all recorded a win.<\/p>\n

They also put tremendous pressure on the opposition with a keen eye to reach base and have stolen 17 of 24 bases, an average of almost three per game.<\/p>\n

Manitowoc Lutheran tries to get to 3-1 as they head to Kohler to battle Kohler\/Sheboygan Christian. The Sheboygan County co-op is still in search of its first win of the season (0- 4).<\/p>\n

Games that have been postponed include Roncalli at New Holstein and doubleheaders between Two Rivers and Valders in Valders and Chilton at Kiel, which has been rescheduled for tomorrow.<\/p>\n
