According to the statement, Russia\u2019s large-scale war of aggression against Ukraine remains the most significant factor affecting Europe\u2019s security in the long term.<\/p>\n<p>The EU must prepare for all kinds of threats. Preparing for the worst helps build overall readiness and resilience. The EU must continue to support Ukraine for as long as necessary and harness the lessons from Ukraine.
