Photo: Instagram \/ Denmark Sevens Kvinder<\/p>\n<p>Denmark\u2019s women\u2019s rugby team has won the Melrose Claymore title at the Hong Kong Sevens, beating Thailand 17\u201314 in the final, the team announced in an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/DXUGFaWiB4E\/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link&amp;igsh=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Instagram post<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The match took place at the Hong Kong Sevens, a large international rugby tournament that this year celebrates its 50th anniversary.<\/p>\n<p>Big international event<\/p>\n<p>More than 34,000 fans were in the stadium for the opening matches.<\/p>\n<p>Teams from around the world took part in the tournament, which is one of the most well-known rugby events in Asia.<\/p>\n<p>The Hong Kong Sevens took place at Kai Tak Stadium from April 17 to 19, 2026.<\/p>\n<p><script async src=\"\/\/www.instagram.com\/embed.js\"><\/script><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Denmark\u2019s women\u2019s rugby team celebrates winning the Melrose Claymore title at the Hong Kong Sevens.
