The full-floor residence is carved from a landmark 1896 building. At roughly 7,200 square feet, its generous scale is unusual for Amsterdam, where homes tend to be tall and narrow rather than open and expansive. A private elevator opens directly into the apartment, arriving at a marble-clad entry that sets the tone for the rest of the residence.<\/p>\n

The sprawling layout reads more like a suburban house than a city apartment, with multiple living areas defined by high ceilings and large windows that draw in natural light and frame uninterrupted park views.
