In the Belgian capital Brussels on May 19, a Ukraine-NATO Council meeting will take place as part of the upcoming NATO Military Committee meeting.<\/p>\n

\u00abThe highest military authority of NATO, the Military Committee, will convene on May 19, 2026 at the level of Chiefs of General Staff\u00bb<\/p>\n

The Chair of the Military Committee, Admiral Giuseppe Cavo Dragone, will lead the meeting with the participation of representatives from 32 NATO countries and other key blocs.<\/p>\n
In total, four sessions are planned.<\/p>\n
During the third session of the event, the Ukraine-NATO Council will take place: the Chiefs of the General Staff, together with the head of the EU Military Committee, will discuss with the Chief of the Ukrainian General Staff (connected via the videoconferencing center) the current situation along the front line in Ukraine and beyond, including the global consequences of the war.<\/p>\n
