Courtesy of Ross Catanzarite<\/p>\n<p>In a statement released by the couple\u2019s lawyers, they blamed the speculation about their financial ties to the dead pedophile as a contributing factor in their son\u2019s suicide.<\/p>\n<p>They called out \u201cmonths of a public spotlight that has long since ceased to be critical, and has instead become suspicious, speculative and at times limitless,\u201d Verdens Gang reported.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA spotlight that has not only affected two parents, but has also drawn their children involuntarily into the relentless machinery of the public,\u201d their statement continued.<\/p>\n<p>The news comes just two days after Norwegian and French police announced a joint corruption investigation into the couple.<\/p>\n<p>The political leader of the Conservative People\u2019s Party, Mona Juul, arrives to vote in the parliamentary election in Horsens, Denmark, Tuesday March 24, 2026.
