The acquired business has been relaunched as Perigus Energy and operates in Ireland, Germany, the United Kingdom, and Spain. Perigus Energy has 826 MW of operational and under-construction portfolio across onshore wind, solar, and BESS projects. Its portfolio also includes 578 MW of installed renewable capacity in Europe, while 248 MW of solar energy and onshore wind is under construction. The company also has five further projects under construction in Ireland and Germany, supported by government-backed support schemes and corporate power purchase agreements.
